What Makes Us Special ?

Koç University Graduate School of Business (GSB) is Turkey’s only Triple-Crown business school, holding AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS accreditations. We develop visionary and responsible leaders for the 21st century who think critically and creatively, embrace integrity and sustainability, and take initiative to drive positive change in their organizations and society. Guided by our mission to create globally impactful knowledge, and supported by our values of fairness, creativity, and global perspective, our programs combine rigorous academics with practical relevance. Membership in leading international networks like Â鶹¹ú²ú and GNAM further ensures world-class education and global connectivity, connecting our alumni in a strong, collaborative network across the world.

What to Expect on Campus

Koç University offers a fully residential campus experience on its beautiful, green, 62-acre estate, achieving a striking balance between accessibility to central Istanbul and retreat from the distractions of city life. The campus includes sixty buildings, such as academic colleges, administrative offices, laboratories, a library, social and sports facilities, a health center, student dormitories, and faculty residences. Students will find on-campus conveniences including a grocery store, hairdresser, full-service bank, bookshop, and various dining options.

Beyond academics, Koç University places tremendous value on providing a plethora of extra-curricular activities. Students can engage with arts and culture at the Sevgi Gönül Cultural Centre (SGKM), which hosts concerts, plays, exhibitions, and performances. There are also 75 active student clubs covering diverse interests, and the university supports students in starting new ones. For sports enthusiasts, the main campus boasts a multi-purpose gym, an open tennis court, a soccer field, an outdoor swimming pool, and an ice rink, along with 16 competitive sports teams.

Living in the City

Istanbul is a major metropolitan city with a population of over 15 million, uniquely spanning two continents, Europe and Asia. The city offers a bustling business, cultural, and social life, with iconic landmarks, museums, theaters, and a rich culinary scene. Koç University’s Rumelifeneri Campus is located in the northern part of the European side, surrounded by forests and providing a peaceful retreat from the busy city center. At the same time, excellent transportation connections make it easy for students to enjoy all the professional, social, and recreational opportunities Istanbul has to offer.

Â鶹¹ú²ú Club Istanbul

Â鶹¹ú²ú Club Istanbul was founded in 2011. Besides being the voice of Â鶹¹ú²ú students, Â鶹¹ú²ú Club Istanbul organizes social activities, company trips, and social responsibility projects. Some examples of activities are Bosphorus boat trips, cultural trips to Cappadocia and the historical peninsula of Istanbul, planting 200+ trees during the Sustainability Week.
