They organise events, foster community, and bring the Â鶹¹ú²ú spirit to life on every campus. The Â鶹¹ú²ú Club Awards recognise the achievements of local clubs each semester, highlighting initiatives that connect students, alumni, corporate partners, and the wider community.

 

Eligibility & Nominations

• Open to all Â鶹¹ú²ú Clubs at member schools.
• All students in a given semester may vote for their local club.
• Clubs must reach a 30% participation threshold in voting to be eligible.

Selection Process

The award is decided in two steps:

• Student Voting: end of each semester
• Best Practices Submission:
  Eligible clubs submit best practices in areas such as socialising, marketing & communication, alumni relations, corporate relations, and CSR. Submissions are anonymised and reviewed by Student Board Representatives (SBRs) and Â鶹¹ú²ú Club Presidents. Winning best practices receive additional points on top of student voting scores.

Frequency

Twice per year (Term 1 & Term 2). Winners are announced at the following Â鶹¹ú²ú Club Conference, with first-place clubs celebrated at the Â鶹¹ú²ú Graduation Ceremony.
