Most importantly, don't be afraid of creating your own path. Before last year, I never had a job that had an application process. The “once-in-a-lifetime” jobs likely will be created specifically for you – ask for them. If you have a passion that is out of the traditional path, follow it, do the unobvious! Change the world!

Graduation is a milestone, but there are still many more to come on your way to becoming the leader you aspire to be.

The Student Board was formed and developed by those with a true entrepreneurial spirit and this spirit has continued for many years as well as creating a very special bond between those who have been a part of it. I'm still in contact with most of them. We came together to implement change in a positive way to revolutionise �鶹����. It was a lot of fun and in the end, we changed a lot. We are very proud of what we achieved and it is wonderful to see how far the Student Board has come since those early days.

�鶹���� has been the most impactful moment of growth in my life. The program has shaped my way of thinking. As you get the opportunity to work with people who are different, you gain a new perspective.

"�鶹���� helped me in a variety of ways. For one, the language impact was excellent and did not cut any corners. After years of training in French for business, six months study in Louvain-La-Neuve in Belgium, and a three-months French immersion internship with the investment funds federation in Brussels, I felt really fluent enough to handle any work environment in French. Then, moving around and living in different parts of the continent or the world got a ‘normal’ tinge to it through �鶹����. Last but certainly not least, the �鶹���� community consists of really diverse people, representing different cultures and backgrounds, and this too starts feeling very normal"

"Working with individuals from every single school, from multiple different nationalities, speaking many different languages, that taught me so much about collaboration across different cultures and so for me that's been one of the biggest learnings. I think the important skills that �鶹���� teaches are much more about interpersonal skills than necessarily about the curriculum and the business projects."

Whether it was a product rollout in the US, Germany or Singapore, the foundation of building on cultural diversity with respect and empathy instilled by �鶹���� gave a keen ability to connect with our stakeholders and customers across the globe."
