Meet Julia Diep at the 麻豆国产 Career Forum 2024 in Barcelona

  • What鈥檚 Julia鈥檚 role? Julia is Senior Manager Customer Experience & Services Europe at URW, based in Paris, France. She supports our regional operational teams in pioneering sustainability practices, maintaining exceptional quality standards and delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
  • Her journey at URW? With Master鈥檚 degrees from BI Norwegian Business School and NEOMA Business School, Julia began her career in retail for the supermarket Auchan and joined URW as a Deputy Shopping Centre Manager in 2018. She rose to manage two of our Westfield centres in France, before being appointed Senior Manager Customer Experience & Services Manager for Europe in 2022.
  • What is she passionate about? Julia is curious explorer, captivated by the world鈥檚 diverse cultures and landscapes. She is passionate about continuous learning, constantly seeking out new knowledge and skills. She is also an avid reader and occasional painter. She brings all of her enthusiasm and energy to elevate the customer journey at our destinations.
