The Â鶹¹ú²ú Career Forum is the headline corporate recruitment event of the Â鶹¹ú²ú year. This multi-stakeholder event unites Corporate Partners, Students, Alumni and Academic schools through various activities taking place during the event.

For companies in partnership with Â鶹¹ú²ú, this is an opportunity to access a global pool of top talent from the world’s leading business school in one place, meet and interview potential hires and raise awareness of their corporate brand.

In addition to employer branding and recruitment, Corporate Partners had the chance to connect with 40 Academic partners and 50 students at the Networking Cocktail. These conversations bridge the gap between the academic and professional life and allow schools and companies to continue to develop ways to collaborate.

For students, the Career Forum is one of the highlights of the Â鶹¹ú²ú experience. It offers a rare opportunity to meet with recruitment experts from 40+ multinational companies in just one place, network with peers and maybe even take the first crucial step towards full employment by a Â鶹¹ú²ú Corporate Partner.

For this year’s edition, +170 students attended 6 career training workshops, more than 600 students took part in one of the 28 skill seminars that took place and 409 students and 5 alumni participated in pre-scheduled interviews (618 in total).

As a new activity this year, Â鶹¹ú²ú organised 150 coffee chats with 9 CPs. This was a great opportunity for CPs to to share more about their company’s culture with a small group of students in a casual setting. 

Also included in the agenda was the first and successful edition of the Â鶹¹ú²ú Gender Equality panel discussion organized by the Â鶹¹ú²ú Student Board. Representatives from Daimler, Hilti, McKinsey and Salesforce discussed how gender equality impacts the business performance of their companies and which changes are implemented in the recruitment policies, career management and working practices.
