During the two-day conference, presidents and student board representatives shared their best practices on club and event management and sustainability while also discussing global issues impacting the world and the CCs around the world. A part of the conference was further allocated to issue sharing where CC presidents had the opportunity to share which struggles they have had in their Â鶹¹ú²ú Clubs after which a group discussion followed where the aim was for the presidents to learn from other Â鶹¹ú²ú Clubs and how they have solved potential issues. Hilti, one of the Â鶹¹ú²ú Corporate partners, joined the conference by organizing a fun and engaging city game afternoon where CC presidents got to learn more about Rotterdam but most importantly about the Hilti company, their engaging corporate culture and amazing initiatives.

An opening remark by the RSM Academic Director kicked off the CCC followed by introductions of the different Â鶹¹ú²ú Clubs from around the world and their best practices within several themes such as sustainability. The session then proceeded with information sharing and workshops where CC presidents came together in teams to discuss several crucial topics. The first day of the conference ended with an inspiring presentation by from Â鶹¹ú²ú entrepreneurs, that presented the Â鶹¹ú²ú entrepreneurs initiative aiming to help Â鶹¹ú²ú students interested in entrepreneurship pursue their goals and ideas. Thereafter, the presidents participated in a fun social event with a pub quiz organized by the local where presidents got to know each other more.

The second day was about spreading information about the different initiatives taken by Â鶹¹ú²ú and the student board and how they could assist the individual Â鶹¹ú²ú Clubs even further. The day was kicked off by the CC Awards Ceremony where the winners with best practices in the previous semester were announced, (1st place), (2nd place) and (3rd place). The CC Awards is about Â鶹¹ú²ú Clubs’ best practices within several different topics such as social, corporate and sustainability where one Â鶹¹ú²ú Club with the highest overall score wins. This was followed by an engaging and inspiring afternoon event with Hilti and dinner. Both conference days were also filled with workshops on how to manage funding of Â鶹¹ú²ú Clubs and elevator pitches by presidents suggesting new ideas to execute globally. Amongst other things, one discussion topic was how to bring the Â鶹¹ú²ú Clubs closer together, create a larger social impact and global collaboration.
