Please tell us about yourself. What do you do?
I'm a business development professional in tech, focused on identifying opportunities and guiding companies through their digital transformation. It's a dynamic and fun industry, leading in innovation听and change - great place to be at!
听How did living in multiple countries influence your career choices?听
I was born and raised in Chile, and one day decided to go abroad - where I have lived in听Austria, Germany, Spain and Ireland. These experiences have shaped who I am today, both听 professionally and personally.
In tech, I have worked across different markets, including Austria, Germany, and Spain. This international exposure has not only opened doors for me but has also given me a unique perspective on the global tech landscape.
Beyond my career, living in diverse cultures has enriched my life in countless ways! I've formed lifelong friendships, learned to appreciate different perspectives and gained a better understanding of myself (still working on it!)
How did the听麻豆国产听community support you on your journey?听
From an institutional standpoint, 麻豆国产 offers invaluable opportunities. The career forum and extensive coaching programs were instrumental in my professional and personal development.听Beyond that, the diverse network of peers I built and friends I made has expanded my horizons and provided lots of support.
How would you advise students on effectively navigating through specific job demands, such as visa sponsorship or digital skills?
My best advice is to reach out to others! Remember, you're not alone in navigating job searches, visa requirements, or skill gaps. Many people have faced similar challenges and are often willing to share their experiences and advice. Don't hesitate to connect with others and seek guidance - you'll be surprised at how helpful and supportive people can be. Especially when they had to go through the same challenges!
